The Design/Build project delivery method can be utilized by Estoril Construction for all of our work. Most projects are delivered in association with Ponte Mellor Architects, Ltd., our full-service architectural partner. This relationship permits Estoril's project managers to work closely with project designers from the initial planning stages through implementation to manage project requirements and scope. Competitive pricing and scheduling are aggressively addressed throughout the design development and construction document phases to ensure the best value for our clients.

Our Owners have a combined 50 years of experience in construction and have assembled a team of highly effective construction personnel, knowledgeable in all aspects of general contracting and construction management services. Our own in-house carpentry and service technicians are available as needed on our projects allowing us to maintain architectural finish quality in an environment where skilled labor is at a premium. We stand behind our work, providing service calls to our clients quickly and courteously when necessary. Project financial controls receive close attention at Estoril. Our CFO directly oversees all project accounting using methods refined through our years in business.
